1719 - Violin "Zahn"
Soundboard of pine of fine grain, with edges restored. Back of two pieces of curly maple with a faint medium-broad curl, glued in a herringbone pattern with apex at the top. Ribs and scroll of wood similar to that of the back. Orange-red varnish.
