1743 - Violin "Baron Knoop"
Soundboard with vein narrow that widens at the flanks. Back of one piece of curly maple with medium curl descendant to the right. Ribs of curly maple with medium curl. Scroll of wood similar to that of the back. Reddish-brown varnish of unusual thickness.
