1721 - Violin "Lady Blunt"

Soundboard of spruce to medium brain well defined. Back of two pieces of curly maple on medium curl, glued in a herringbone pattern with apex at the bottom. Ribs of curly maple to broad curl. Scroll of curly maple to broad curl with edges blacks. Original neck, with iscription P.S. in the mortise. Red-brown-gold varnish.
