1747/89 - Violin

Soundboard of spruce with narrow vein. Back of two pieces of curly maple with faint horizontal curl end and, at the top, in herringbone with vertex at the top, and from the center at the bottom. Original scroll with small spiral and open throat. Yellow-brown varnish, original on the back and on the ribs.
