1741 - Violin "Duvette - Doubleday"

Soundboard of spruce with medium grain. Back of one piece of curly maple cut on the slab with medium curl almost horizontal. Ribs of wood similar to that of the back but cut on the quarter. Scroll of curly maple with curl more narrow to that of the back. Red-brown varnish.
