Soundboard of spruce to medium grain in the center, which widens towards the flanks. Back of two pieces of curly maple with faint broad curl, glued in a herringbone pattern with apex at the top. Ribs of curly maple to medium curl. Scroll of maple smooth. Red-orange varnish.
