1713 - Violin "Rothschild - Kux - Hesle"
Soundboard of spruce to close at large vein in center, which widens towards the flanks. Back of two pieces of curly maple to medium-large curl , glued in a herringbone pattern with apex at the bottom. Ribs and scroll of wood similar to that of the back. Orange-brown varnish.
