1712 - Violin "Benjamin - Karpilowsky"
Fund into a piece of curly maple to broad curl descendant to the right. Ribs and scroll of curly maple with narrow curl. Red-brown varnish not original, perhaps applied eighty years later by J. B. Vuillaume (Hill, 1934).
