1706 - Violin "Corbett - Stothert"

Soundboard of spruce with fine grain that extends towards the flanks. Bck of one piece of curly maple with medium-narrow curl descending to the right. Ribs of curly maple to curl a little closer, with the initials "W.C." stamped on the lower left rib. Scroll of plain maple. Golden-orange varnish.
