1696 c. - Cello "Prince Gursky"

Soundboard of spruce with medium vein, which widens towards the flanks. Back of two pieces of curly maple with faint narrow curl, glued in a herringbone pattern with verex at the bottom. Ribs of wood similar to that of the back. Brown varnish on a golden ground.
