1694 c. - Violin "Halir"
Soundboard of spruce to medium grain. Back of two pieces of curly maple to discontinuous medium curl, glued in a herringbone pattern with apex at the top. Ribs and scroll of curly maple to curl a bit weaker and closer than that the bottom. Amber to orange-brown varnish.
