1680 - Violin

Soundboard of spruce of fine grain in the center, opening out towards the flanks. Back of one piece of curly maple with a faint broad irregular horizontal curl. Ribs of curly maple cut on the slab and of faint medium to narrow curl. Scroll later. Golden-orange varnish.
