1642 - Violin
The top is of spruce of medium grain, copy made in the XX Century. The back is two-piece of maple of medium curl, almost horizontal and slightly descending to the left. The ribs are of wood similar to back. The scroll is original, of maple of medium curl, inserted in the later maple pegbox. The varnish is golden - brown.
