1638/98 - Violin
Soundboard of spruce with medium grain in the center that widens at the backs, assigned at the beginning of the eighteenth century. Back of curly maple with narrow curl, glued to lightweight herringbone with vertex at the bottom. Ribs and scroll of curly maple with curl a bit larger than that of the back. Brown varnish.
