Soundboard of spruce of medium to narrow grain, attributed by Jacklin (1985) to Thomas Balestreri. Back of two pieces of curly maple with medium fine horizontal curl. Ribs of curly maple with a faint medium curl. Scroll of plain curl, later. Golden-brown varnish.
