Castelvetro piacentino, October 3, 1928 - May 30, 2006
He studied at the Scuola Internazionale di Liuteria of Cremona from 1943, after graduation he worked briefly at Aristide Fontanini in Salò and returned to Castelvetro in 1951. Since 1954 he has worked at AGIP until his retirement, abandoning his artisanal activity. He produced about 80 instruments: violins, violas and cello on a model derived from Guarneri.
